1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the JT Performance Hub, operated by JT Mind & Body Balance. By starting a membership, creating an account or using the Hub, the adult account holder agrees to these terms.
Contact: info@jtmindbodybalance.com.
2. Adult account holder and young players
The account holder must be 18 or over. If the membership is for a player under 18, the account holder must be that player’s parent or legal guardian and is responsible for supervising use of the Hub, managing the account and deciding what information the young player submits.
3. Membership, trial and price
The JT Performance Hub membership currently includes a 30-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the membership continues automatically at £12.99 per month, billed monthly using the payment method provided at checkout.
The price and trial offered at the point of checkout form part of your contract. If a different promotion or price is shown at checkout, the checkout information takes priority for that purchase.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, contact info@jtmindbodybalance.com from the email address connected to the membership, or use any online cancellation facility we make available.
To avoid the first monthly charge, cancellation must be completed before the free trial ends. For a paid monthly period, cancellation prevents future renewal charges; access may continue until the end of the period already paid for unless we state otherwise or law requires a different outcome.
Nothing in these terms removes statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights that apply under UK law.
5. What the Hub provides
The Hub is a player-development service that may include training resources, nutrition education, mindset and recovery content, readiness tracking, matchday tools, progress records, journals, avatars, Performance Points, rewards and AI-assisted coaching features.
Features may evolve over time. We may add, remove, improve or replace features where reasonably necessary, provided this does not unfairly remove the essential value of a paid membership.
6. Performance, health and safety
Do not use the Hub to ignore pain, concussion symptoms, breathing difficulty, dizziness, illness or other concerning symptoms. Stop activity and seek appropriate help from a parent/guardian, coach or qualified healthcare professional where needed.
Training should be adapted to the player’s age, ability, experience, environment and current health. The account holder is responsible for appropriate supervision of a young player.
7. AI-assisted guidance
AI-generated answers, recommendations and summaries can be incomplete or wrong. They should be treated as supportive information rather than guaranteed professional advice. Important decisions about health, injury, medication, safeguarding or other high-risk matters should be checked with an appropriately qualified person.
8. Readiness data and journal
If you choose to submit readiness information, the Hub may use it to calculate readiness scores, provide guidance, maintain streaks, award Performance Points and store entries in the player journal. Players should answer honestly; points are awarded for completing the check-in, not for reporting a high score.
Health-related readiness information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any consent requirements that apply.
9. Avatar creation
The avatar feature is optional and may use a third-party avatar service. If you choose to upload a face image or other material, you must have the right to use it. For a young player, the adult account holder must approve the upload and use of the feature.
10. Performance Points and rewards
Performance Points, streaks, digital unlocks and similar rewards are engagement features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money and do not create a financial account. We may correct points awarded because of errors, abuse or duplicate activity.
Where a physical or real-world reward is offered, any additional eligibility, stock, delivery or geographic conditions shown with that reward will apply.
11. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Hub, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape or copy protected content at scale, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, share an account outside the permitted household/player use, or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or our rights, or where there is serious or repeated breach of these terms.
12. Intellectual property
The JT Performance Hub design, branding, training materials, written content, videos, graphics, software and other original materials are owned by or licensed to JT Mind & Body Balance and are provided for personal membership use only, except where we expressly say otherwise.
You retain rights in original content you submit. You give us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Hub and its features.
13. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Hub available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, security issues or technical faults may occasionally affect access.
If we make a material change to a paid membership that significantly disadvantages users, we will aim to give reasonable notice and honour any rights required by law.
14. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those protections, the Hub is not responsible for losses caused by relying on general performance content as individual medical or professional advice, or for issues outside our reasonable control.
15. Privacy
How personal information is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to the Hub, pricing, law, security or third-party services. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
